Dear Pomm'Soft customers,
first of all, I would like to thank you very very much for your feedback and support over the past few years.
I write to you today to tell you that I recently accepted a position at Apple Computer and that I will no longer be able to work on the different software Pomm'Soft has released, as I will be focusing my efforts on contributing to the Mac OS X platform from inside Apple. What this means for all of you is that there will not be a new release of SearchBar or SmartBook for the time being.
I am considering releasing SearchBar and/or SmartBook as open source or giving/selling them to another software company so that they can maintain and enhance them. Like I said, I am considering it, and have not made a decision quite yet, if you have an opinion on this matter, feel free to write to info@pommsoft.com.
